Judy Ladislaw | President and Liaison to the Property Manager
If you find yourself walking the dog on upper Tiverton, make sure to knock on Judy's door and say hello! She loves dogs, cats, and kids!

Bradley Wood | Vice President
Moved to Cardinal Square in early 2021 and fell in love with the tight knit community and neighborly support. Chose to join the board to help do my part to ensure Cardinal Square stays a beautiful, inclusive, and safe home for all our residents.

Emily Masterson Moscol | Secretary
Emily has been a resident of northern Virginia for over 20 years and Springfield was the first place she lived in within the United States. If you see her in the neighborhood waking her little Pitbulls say hello!

Derek Eichin | Treasurer

Derek has lived in the community since 2011 and went to school in Richmond, Virginia, at VCU. He's a mathematician - currently contracting his skills for the US Army, and in his free time, he enjoys to run, cook, grill (which is so much more than cooking), and have a great time with friends and family!

Angelo Newman | Architecture Chair

Cal Broughton | Buildings & Infrastructure Chair

Hannah Risley | Communications Chair

Hannah moved into the community in 2019 with her husband, Michael, and two cats, Echo and Whiskey. You may see her from time to time taking her baby, Leo, for a walk. Hannah is the Assistant Branch Manager at Pohick Regional Library, right down the street from Cardinal Square. Come say hello!

Sandy Thompson | Parking Chair

Kelly Cochran | Grounds, Pool & Social Chair

Kelly has lived in Cardinal Square since 2009. Born and raised in Springfield, Virginia, she currently works in contracts and accounting for a locally owned landscape maintenance company. Most evenings, you will find Kelly and her family outside. Kelly looks forward to organizing a community social calendar and working with board members and neighbors to safeguard the community.
