Moved to Cardinal Square in early 2021 and fell in love with the tight knit community and neighborly support. Chose to join the board to help do my part to ensure Cardinal Square stays a beautiful, inclusive, and safe home for all our residents.

Nicole Zimmerman grew up in Virginia Beach and attended the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. She also has a Masters Degree in Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy from Joint Forces Staff College. As a member of the Junior League of Washington she volunteered as a docent at the Lee Fendall House Museum in Old Town, Alexandria and as the Staffing Co-Chair for the annual Holiday Shops fundraiser. She is currently the Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction Division Chief for the Defense Intelligence Agency's Counter-Proliferation Office. |
Hannah moved into the community in 2019 with her husband, Michael, and two cats, Echo and Whiskey. You may see her from time to time taking her baby, Leo, for a walk. Hannah is the Assistant Branch Manager at Pohick Regional Library, right down the street from Cardinal Square. Come say hello! |

Kelly has lived in Cardinal Square since 2009. Born and raised in Springfield, Virginia, she currently works in contracts and accounting for a locally owned landscape maintenance company. Most evenings, you will find Kelly and her family outside. Kelly looks forward to organizing a community social calendar and working with board members and neighbors to safeguard the community.
